The Pakistan President Mamnoon Hussain was born on December 23, 1940 at Agra, British India. President possesses power to declare war and make peace settlement. However, such power can only be used after making consultation with Prime Minister. The president also has the power to send Pakistan army for help to other states and United Nations organization. In Islamabad, Pakistan a new law perpetrators of so-called “honor killings” can no longer walk free in Pakistan if pardoned by the victim’s family. The bill, which failed to gain traction when it was first introduced in March, passed unanimously in both houses of parliament. the Hindu Marriage Bill was unanimously passed in Pakistan’s National Assembly, after three previous failed attempts to pass the bill in 2008, 2011 and 2012. Pakistan passed the Elections (Amendment) Bill 2017 aimed at restoring the word “Oath” instead of “Declaration” in the nomination paper about finality of Prophethood (Khatm-e-Nabuwat) as mentioned in the Elections Bill 2017.Pakistan governments are the Parliamentary Republic(is a republic that operates under a parliamentary system of government where the executive branch derives its legitimacy from and is accountable to the legislature) the Federal Republic( is a federation of states, with a republican form of central government) the Islamic Republic(is the name given to several states that are officially ruled by Islamic laws, including the Islamic Republics of Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, and Mauritania) and the Republic(a form of government in which the country is considered a “public matter”, not the private concern or property of the rulers). In Pakistan “The failing relationship between the United States and Pakistan has been failing for such a long time that experts are running out of breakup metaphors to describe it: separation, divorce and, that mutual friends, backstabbing friends.”(New York Times). As a result America and Pakistan the one who suffers more is Afghanistan. Hillary Clinton visited Islamabad as secretary of state a few years ago, she was asked why America behaved like a disgruntled mother-in-law in a meeting discussing Pakistan and America(The Washington Post). An American official was once quoted as saying that Pakistanis were the kind of people who would sell their mother for a few thousand dollars said by a Kansi prosecutor who won’t apologize for that remark that which prompted a pakistani protest(The Washington Post).
Scientist John Northrop crystallized chymotrypsin in the early 1930’s.
In the following years, other scientists contributed to the characterization of
this enzyme, and now, it is one of the most well understood proteases.
Chymotrypsin is a digestive enzyme produced by the pancreas, and it is
responsible for the breakdown of proteins and polypeptides. Specifically, it is
an endopeptidase, and breaks bonds within a polypeptide. Without chymotrypsin,
proper food digestion cannot occur. Chymotrypsin consists of two chains, and is
made up of 245 amino acids (Figure 1).
An important component of
chymotrypsin is the catalytic triad. This triad consists of residues Serine
195, Histidine 57, and Aspartate 102 (Figure 2). This triad is important for
chymotrypsin activity because the residues work to stabilize the enzyme and
promote catalysis. The aspartate and histidine are bound to each other by
hydrogen bonds, allowing histidine to work as a base for serine. Serine can
then become a nucleophile to catalyze the breakdown of proteins.
